I just learned about the death of your loved one. Death hurts the living, no matter what relationship you had with the deceased. We often have questions that go unanswered, such as; "What's happening to my loved one? " "Can I help them in any way?" "Can they hurt or help me or my family?" "Can I communicate with them?" "Where can I find answers to these & other questions?"
I have found that the Bible has satisfying answers to my questions.
For example, go to your copy of the Bible and read Ecclesiastes 9:4,5,10. Would you not agree that these scriptures tell us that: (1) That the dead are unconscious & can't help or hurt us.
For more Bible information & answers to your question(s): Go to www.jw.org. Scroll down to the bottom of the page & select 'ANSWERS TO BIBLE QUESTIONS'. SELECT the question(s) that you want a Bible answer to.

The death of someone we love is one of the most painful losses a person can experience. Please accept my belated consequence. Jesus demonstrated, when on earth, his ability to bring Diane and others back to life at John 11:11-14. May these scriptures bring you comfort until that time arrives.

My sincere condolences on Diane's passing; I met you several times years ago when I purchased the book on Bath that you authored. My prayers are with you, Arlene; may your memories of all that you shared in so many adventures bring you peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Arlene, and with Diane's family for the loss of such a special lady. Jon and I still miss Mommom every day. I know Mommom thought highly of Diane and I smile to think of their reunion in heaven. Jon always enjoyed talking with her and she always made him smile when she'd ask Mommom who that handsome man was that brought her to church. She will be missed. Rest in peace sweet lady. Until we meet again.

During my years as principal of Woolwich Central School I recall that Diane was very interested in the school, a frequent attendee at school functions, and a devoted supporter of education for the town's young people. My condolences to all who loved her.5
