Bath - Milton H. Savage, 89, of Washington Street, passed away at his home on Sunday, April 2, 2017.   He was born in Bath on September 21, 1927, the son of Milton C. & Sarah M Savage.  Milton lived in Bath all his life, graduating from Morse High School, Class of 1946.

Milton worked at Bath Iron Works for 43 years, a supervisor of Dept. 35, retiring in 1990.

On August 23, 1946, he married Barbara L Robinson at Grace Episcopal Church. The couple resided in Bath to raise their 2 daughters, Cheryl & Dawn.

After retiring, Milton and his wife spent the last 25 years wintering in Florida, where he worked at a golf course in Davenport, Fl.

Milton was a great sportsman, enjoyed skeet shooting, trapping, duck hunting, golf and his workshop, where he worked on bikes, boats outboard motors and golf clubs.

He leaves behind his wife Barbara; daughters, Cheryl S Lorden of Merrimack, NH & Dawn Jasinski of The Villages, FL; 3 grandchildren, Lisa L Woods of Nashua, NH, Brett T Jasinski of Swanzey, NH, Dale R. Jasinski of Brunswick; 4 great grandchildren, Jillian R Curtis of Merrimack, NH, Isaac Jasinski, Abby Jasinski both of Swanzey, NH, Hannah M Jasinski of Brunswick; several nieces & nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Grace Episcopal Church, 1100 Washington St., Bath. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
