I just learned about the death of your loved one. Death hurts the living, no matter what relationship you had with the deceased. We often have questions that go unanswered, such as; "What's happening to my loved one? " "Can I help them in any way?" "Can they hurt or help me or my family?" "Can I communicate with them?" "Where can I find answers to these & other questions?"
I have found that the Bible has satisfying answers to my questions.
For example, go to your copy of the Bible and read Ecclesiastes 9:4,5,10. Would you not agree that these scriptures tell us that: (1) That the dead are unconscious & can't help or hurt us.
For more Bible information & answers to your question(s): Go to www.jw.org. Scroll down to the bottom of the page & select 'ANSWERS TO BIBLE QUESTIONS'. SELECT the question(s) that you want a Bible answer to.

The death of someone we love is one of the most painful losses a person can experience. Jesus demonstrated, when on earth, his ability to bring Barbara and others back to life at John 11:11-14. May these scriptures bring you comfort until that time arrives.

I haven't seen Barbara in a long time, but back in the 80s I played golf at the Bath Country Club and we had a great time playing together. I was pretty young and she kind of took me under her wing. I have very fond memories of her. Full of fun and very caring. My condolences to her family.

Deepest condolences to your family for your loss. May your family find comfort in the scriptural hope found at Revelation 21;"...death will be no more.., the former things have passed away."
