Beverly Keithan Obituary

Beverly (Cataloni) Keithan 66 yrs of age passed away unexpectedly at home in Dresden, Me on July 31, 2022. Beloved wife of Timothy Keithan for 44 yrs. She was born Oct 19, 1955 and was 1 of 13 children. A loving daughter of her late mother Emma (Funk) Cataloni and her late father Joseph Cataloni.

She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Cataloni Jr. (1949-2010) and sister Donna Cataloni (1960-2017).

She is survived by her Sisters; Joanne, Deorah and her husband Mike, Ruth and husband Chris; Brothers:  Richard and his wife Lelia, David, Jeffery and Robert, Michael and his wife Kathy, James, Steven and his wife Marci. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews as well.

Beverly worked at a number of different jobs in her life which ended with her going to school and becoming a CNA. She spent her CNA time at Winship Green nursing in Bath, Me. for 12+ years. During that time co-workers and her formed a union. She ended her job as president of that union and she was extremely proud of that union to the end.

One her favorite things to do was play whist which she learned how to from her mother. She enjoyed other card games as well which included cribbage taught to her by a brother-in-law. In the later years she played a number of card games and other games on a computer. Beverly also was candlepin bowler which she enjoyed a lot. Never missed a chance to remind her husband how she and her pairs partner Charles won the seniors+ tournament of which he was in as well.

Beverly also loved to communicate with her family via Skype. This was a great enjoyment to her to see and talk to family. Family was everything to her as she loved every one of them without exception. She would do whatever she could to help if needed. Beverly loved animals A LOT as well. She had her husband set out bird feeders and pour 40 lb. bags of different seeds on the ground year round. She also had him build a platform at window level outside the bay window to feed animals (a lot of). She spent time day and night watching them.
