I was sorry to hear of "Aunt Carolyn's" death. My sympathy goes to all of her family. My Mother was Josie Reed Daney and even though Carolyn and my Mother were cousins, we always referred to her as "Aunt" She was about 10 years older than my Mother.
I enjoyed connecting with your Mother several years ago and we shared some family stories that I really enjoyed hearing about.
I remember going to your farm when I was about 10 or 12 (Aunt Jane was with us) and my Mother insisting that she ride your donkey ( I think!). My Father (Leo) nearly had a heart attack watching her ride off on the animal!!!
She was a wonderful woman. My prayers are with all of you.

To the entire family ....it is with sadness and fond memories that my thoughts turn upon learning of my aunts passing....I think of the many times we spent together in the past as children and admire the spirit of the family.. I can remember all the girls listening to the radio and dancing ...I remember all the canning we did together ...and so many more memories. You are all in my thoughts and prayers....love , Mimi

Dear Huey family. I am very sorry to have read of the recent death of Carolyn. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and also at Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all the causes we have for suffering, including sickness & death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives.
