Darlene Elaine (Ross) Mitchell

Darlene "Dee" (Ross) Mitchell, 75, of Woolwich, Maine, unexpectedly passed away on October 30, 2023. She was born on October 25, 1948, in Bangor, Maine, to Ruth J. Ross and Donald E. Ross. After she graduated high school, she went on to work for Plants Seafood, followed by Village Candle and later retired from Molnlycke. Dee had a soft spot for her furry friends, treating each like a valuable family member. In addition to that, she took great pleasure in spending time outdoors, boating, antiquing, and gardening.

Dee is survived by her long-time partner, Frank Adams of Woolwich, ME; his son Rob and family from Richmond, ME; her sister, Ellie, and husband, Roger Skarin of Florida; her brother, John Ross of Georgia; her daughter-in-law, Debra Moore; granddaughter, Katelynn Moore; grandson, Jeffrey Moore; and her great-grandson, Grayson Moore. 

Dee was predeceased in death by her father, Donald E. Ross; her mother, Ruth J. Ross; and her son, Eric J. Moore of Wiscasset, ME.

Dee will be dearly missed by her loved ones and friends.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Dee Mitchell at a later date.
