Joseph John Tardiff Jr.

Arrowsic, — Joseph John Tardiff Jr. passed away on June 16, 2026, in his home. He was the devoted father of Angela Soto and her husband Daniel Jr, proud grandfather to Sean, Jonathan, and Austin, and great‑grandfather to five, with another expected in September.
Joseph dedicated 34 years of his career to Bath Savings Institute Bank, where he worked as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. Known for his steady work ethic, reliability, and commitment to keeping the bank’s facilities running smoothly, he retired after more than three decades of loyal service.
A lifelong resident of Sagadahoc County, Joseph touched many lives through his kindness, quiet humor, and the simple joys he cherished. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and he found comfort in the music he loved.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Joseph John Tardiff Sr. and June Marilyn (Carlton) Tardiff, as well as his brother Howard Tardiff He is survived by his brothers Gene Tardiff and his wife Sherry of Wells Maine and David Tardiff and his wife Chasity of Oxford Maine  and Renee, the wife of his late brother Howard. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great‑nieces, great‑nephews, and a large extended family who will continue to honor his memory.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time. The family will share details once arrangements have been finalized.
Joseph will be remembered for the life he lived, the work he took pride in, and the family who carries his legacy forward.
