Bath – Kenneth Michael Parlin, 71, of Bath passed away peacefully on October 6, 2022. He was born in Westbrook, the son of Sherman S & Gloria (Smith) Parlin on April 13, 1951.
Kenneth was employed by Bath Iron Works as a machinist. In his spare time, he was a “Jack-of-all” trades. He loved to bring back the beauty of once was. He & his wife Rachel restored many old homes in Bath. The Kennebec Inn being their last project, which they ran together.
Ken was a man with a strong hand and a big heart. The most important thing to him was his family. Nothing stood in the way of spending time with his children & grandchildren, whom he was very proud of. He also loved antiquing & Sunday drives. He will be missed by all those that loved him.
He leaves behind his wife, Rachel; his children, Eric Parlin and Ralph Parlin and his wife Katie; his brother, Daniel Parlin and 2 sisters, Roberta Edson & Debbie Flaig; grandchildren, Emma Parlin, Wyatt Parlin, Grant Parlin & Alexandra Parlin.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Oct 11, 2022 at 11:00am at Roger’s Cemetery in Topsham with Pastor Jay Noll officiating.
