Priscilla “Pat” Sharp, 87, passed away March 28th surrounded by family at her home in Bath. Pat was born on March 26th, 1937 in Sanford to Harold and Stella Eaton.
For nearly 60 years Pat made Bath her home. The Maine coast drew her to this area. Pat loved spending time in the sun at the beach, decorating, gardening, sewing, antiquing, and the exchange of treasures found at yard sales. She enjoyed hosting parties and family gatherings especially Thanksgiving. Although a snowbird for many years in Florida, Maine kept calling her back.
Pat married James Sharp in 1990, and they had 34 wonderful, loving and fun filled years together. She is survived by her sister Cynthia Rankin and her husband Royce of Sanford. She was a wonderful mother to her three sons: Scott Peabody and his wife Sandy of Seattle, Mike Peabody of Woolwich, and Jeff and his wife Ellen of West Bath. Pat is also survived by three grandchildren: Rebekah Hull and her husband Lincoln, Katie and Eddie Peabody, along with one great grandchild Harlow Hull. She was predeceased by her sister Marijane Fall.
Pat will always be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and love of life.
Celebration of life will be held at Union + Co, 31 Centre St., on May 18, 2024 from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Donations in lieu of flowers: Midcoast Humane or CHANS Home Health and Hospice.
