We knew and loved Steve (Simon) , who was glad to be in church, something Arlene carried on with her smile and willingness to help , especially after coffee hour. She was one of those people you couldn't help loving . i know her spirit is still there, though her pew will seem very empty.

Heaven just received a very special soul! Now that Arlene and Simon are back together I am sure they are joyful and very happy to be together!! What a special couple! they were always so very kind to us and we so enjoyed being with them! Our grandson is named after Simon, that's part of the impact Arlene and Simon had on our family. We love them both and treasure all the fun and memories we have, but Simon, I'm sorry we never made the move to Northern Maine! Love Love Love you!!!

Arlene and Steve were the best neighbors that we will ever have. We would always chat from deck to deck in the summer time. Arlene will be sorely missed in the neighborhood - walking the dog with a smile on her face. We have lost a dear and special lady. We will miss her.

So sorry to hear of Arlene's passing. She has been a neighbor for many years. We always enjoyed our chats with her when she was out walking with Jewel. Our condolences.

My best friend, my mentor. You took me into your arms when I was thirteen and treated me as though I was your daughter. You told me things you never told anyone else. I could do the same. I was with you thru out this journey. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten. Love you always

I want to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of your loved one and share the hope promised in the Bible.
“…..Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21: 3 & 4)
