All my sympathy to the family and friends. My dear Dillwyn , I met him as a guest at Kedgwick salmon club. He never forgot to give us a box of chocolate to the ladies at his arrival. such a thoughtful man. He asked lots of questions and was trying to speak French and was asking me to translate ! We miss you my dear Dillwyn. xox

Dearest Kitty and family,
what beautiful memory Dill's obituary brought back. Frank Wasson , Bob's and my son sent me the very moving tribute to Dill and he seemed no different than the days of collage.
Much peace to you , Kitty, you seem to have a wonderful family around you and great memories of Dill.
Much love

Dear Kitty,

Eric Allen and Carol Stergio join me in extending our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family at this sad time. Dill was so dedicated to Family Focus and we enjoyed working with him here at Davenport Trust Fund. On a personal note, I know how much my late mother, Clare, thought of you and Dill. She enjoyed seeing you at Mid Coast Hospital and at Blair's and Judy's parties! I will miss seeing Dill downtown and at Shaw's. He was such an energetic and great guy!

Dear Kitty-just got your note and was so shocked to hear about Dill-he looked so good when we saw you last summer. You always said he and Len played well together-and it was so true-they picked right up without missing a beat--as did we all actually.

Love and Hugs

I always enjoyed reading all about your travels. He was avery lucky man to have such a loving, strong, committed wife. I KNOW this ad to be a VERY tough 15 years for you also..... You were as much of a treasure to him as he was to you. I wish i could be there to hug you..You are in my prayers, please give my sympathies to your son. Words cannot express how sad I was to receive your note about Dil.
There was never a letter that didn't include some adventure that you and Dil were about to take or just had completed.
He will live in your heart and memories always.

We were totally saddened and shocked to hear of Dills passing. Dill and Kitty were the first friends we made when we moved to Fitchburg to begin careers at the Paper Mill. We will remember Dill as someone warm and genuine who was always positive and loved life. He was always ready to help and share his knowledge. He certainly left this world better off as a result of his existence. He will be fondly remembered and missed.

Dearest Kitty and family,
Sally just called to give me the sad news. My heart is saddened with your grief. I remember Dil's very dry, wry sense of humor and how well he fit so perfectly into the Barley family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Sending you hugs and lots of love,
Weezie

Dear Kitty, We are so sorry to learn of Dill's passing. I have known Dill since grad school at U of Me and throughout our work careers together at Fitchburg. You comment that he was a humble man, I can certainly attest to that and add that he was always the gentleman, considerate in his actions with others.
