To Judy and family,
My deepest sympathies to all of you. That kind man was so supportive to me and others at the Rebound Group and Chestnut Street in the early 1970's.
I'll never forgot him and know his life has changed, not ended. He lived a life of service and helped others with his power of example. I was blessed to have known John C.

I am saddened to read of the passing of John. He was a dear friend that gave so much to others and his smile and wit was warming to every person he touched. The angels are welcoming on high.

Dear Judy and family -
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your beloved John.
I was always happy to see John, who always had a kind word, and a smile, and that Irish twinkle in his eyes.
I just viewed John's video remembrance, which was beautifully done. It captured John's engaging essence, his love of family, friends, and the wee ones. Also clear was his special bond with you, Judy, his love, his pride and joy.
You remain in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Jeannie

Judi and family, please know you are all are in our thoughts and prayers. When I told the twins they were sadden but when I told them he was no longer in pain, they were relieved to know he is waiting for you on the other side of this earthly life where one has eternal and everlasting life. We took such great pleasure being spoiled by his attention and we thank you for sharing him with us. We love you and are always here for anything you need. John was a great example for those who, like me, found their way into AA feeling less than good about themselves. He smiled. He laughed. He was calm and welcoming. He was willing to share his experience, strength, and hope. He had an air of contentment about him that made you want to work to get to the state of mind and spirituality that he had. My condolences to Judy and his family. We have been blessed to know John.

John was a friend 40 years ago in Worcester when I was new to the AA program. He was smart and kind and insightful. A true gentleman. I wish you comfort in the coming days and weeks.

To John's family I send my sincere condolences. Haven't seen John in years, but I grew up living across the street from Mary and Joe and they always took me to The Conlon families home, so I knew them all. My prayers and sympathy goes out to you all. Angie

Judy,
I have fond memories of the "Irish Gentleman" John was. He always made me feel as if I was a very special friend when he greeted me. He is at peace now, greeted by his family and friends above. In time may all the happy memories you have of him help ease the pain of loss. Love, Mickie
